Sherriff Byam and Officer Mahan KCC offers Corrections Certificate in Coldwater

Kellogg Community College’s Grahl Center, located at 125 Seeley Street in Coldwater, will once again offer a Corrections Certificate during the fall semester. The fall semester begins September 2, 2008.
The Corrections Certificate is designed for students planning a career in corrections and for correctional officers who are interested in furthering their educations. The courses within this certificate program comply with the Michigan Corrections Officers Training Council’s fifteen semester credit hour requirement for employment as a Michigan Correctional Officer. The credits earned may be applied toward and Associate Degree in Corrections.

KCC Announces new Interim Director of Athletics

Kellogg Community College is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Shaw as the new Interim Director of Athletics and Women’s Softball Coach effective July 9, 2009 for one year. Shaw will oversee the six sports at Kellogg Community College, act as the Miller Physical Education Building Manager, and be the Head Women’s Softball Coach.
