Kellogg Community College’s Business and Information Technology Department is home to the College’s academic Business and Information Technology programs, many of which lead to degrees and/or certificates and are part of transfer paths to universities. KCC’s one-year certificate and two-year associate degree business programs are fully-accredited, offering state-of-the-art curriculum and cutting-edge instructional approaches that help students achieve new heights. Learning takes place through classroom lectures, computer-based projects, case presentations, business simulations and team-based projects. For practical, hands-on training, students can also enroll in KCC’s Cooperative Education Program to get real work experience in areas of interest. The skills learned in our programs transfer to many different business settings, and KCC graduates are currently working in banking, government, insurance, manufacturing, court services, hospital administration, law firms and many other sectors.

KCC’s one-year certificate/certification and two-year associate degree information technology programs teach students the key technological skills required by an IT professional. State-of-the-art computer labs installed with the latest software, a faculty of certified instructors and cutting-edge instructional approaches help students achieve their IT goals — all at a price significantly lower than other providers’ IT programs.
