Business Administration Major
After completing the requirements for an Associate’s degree in Business Management from KCC, contact the Siena Heights advisor for information on bridging credits. Bridging credits are KCC classes that count towards the completion of a Siena Heights Bachelor’s degree.

The Bachelor of Business Administration major provides the general foundation for first line and middle managers. It is designed for people seeking a general degree in business. This includes those with an associate degree or those with many years of practical experience in management or who have completed sixty or more semester hours of college credit.

Notes:
1. Students must complete 18 semester hours of Business Administration courses with Siena Heights University.
2. The following courses must be taken with Siena Heights: Fin 340, BAM 479, the management validator, the marketing validator, six hours of business electives.
3. The following KCC courses will be accepted to satisfy one of the Business Elective courses: BUAD 115, BUAD 121, BUAD 132, BUAD 150, BUAD 201, BUAD 202, BUAD 254, BUAD 271,BUAD 272, BUAD 273, and BUAD 274.
4. All course grades in the core, major requirements and major electives require a combined 2.25 minimum GPA.
5. "D" transfer grades do not apply to the major.

Concentrations
Concentrations are a series of courses in a particular business field. They are only available to students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Business Administration. They are designed to allow the student further study in one or more areas of interest. The concentrations available through the Kellogg Community College Center include the following: accounting, finance, management or marketing. Courses may be double counted for the major and the concentration. If a student desires to complete two concentrations, the courses may not be double counted within concentrations.
