Take ENGL 151 and 152.

Group II. Wellness Group Requirement (1)

Take one of the following: PEC 121, 150 through 160.

Group III. Social Science Group Requirement (1)

Take one of the following: POSC 200, 201, 202; SOCI 201; or HIST 104.
Take one of the following: ECON 201, 202; or SOCI 201.
Take a minimum of two credit hours from the following subject areas: ANTH 200; HIST 100, 101, 102, 103, 106, 201, 210; PSYC 201; SOCI 204, 250; SOSC 101, 102, or 203.

Group IV. Science and Mathematics Group Requirement (1)

Take CHEM 110, CHEM 111, BIOL 110, BIOL 111 & 112, and MATH 141 or MATH 130.

Group V. Humanities Group Requirement (1)

Take HIST 203.
Take a minimum of five credit hours from the following subject areas: ART 211, 212, 213; HIST 151, 152; HUMA 150, 205; LITE 105, 205, 206, 216, 223; MUSI 211, 212; PHIL 201, 202, 250; THEA 121, 122.

Take all of the following:
OIT 100 Introduction to Computer Information Systems

PHYS 111 or 201 Introduction to Physics I/General Physics I

PHYS 112 or 202 Introduction to Physics II/General Physics II

Take one of the following:
FREN; GERM; JAPA; or SPAN Foreign Language

This requirement may be completed by WMU proficiency examination, or by two years of a foreign language in high school with a "B" or better in the final semester.



Note: A minimum of a 2.0 (C) grade average is required in courses counted toward the major and minor.

(1) = Completion of course requirements in Groups I, III, IV, and V satisfies the MACRAO agreement between KCC and Western Michigan University.

Note: Students beginning classes for the first time at KCC in the fall semester of 2004 will need to complete COMM 101 to satisfy KCC graduation requirements for all Associate degrees. Please consider this requirement when speaking to an Academic Advisor regarding your options for completing your transfer program.
