How to Apply

It's easy. Send the following information to the KCC admissions office:

1. KCC application. The application code for dental hygiene is 228. (You may download the KCC Application in PDF format), or apply on-line.
   
   
2. All transcripts, high school and college, if applicable.
   
   
3. Your ACT scores. This is probably included on your high school transcript.
   

The deadline for accepting applications is March 1. (To be considered for admission, applications must be complete with all information, including transcripts, by this date.)
