The theater curriculum is designed to create a strong foundation for students who enjoy the performing arts or those who wish to transfer to a 4-year college or university. Based on research, ethnical and global dilemmas are incorporated to select and produce annual plays, children’s theatre, and musicals. Theatre appreciation, acting, and technical production techniques provide students with the full spectrum of diversity and opportunities. Participants gain valuable experience into both the working theatre environment and what it takes to both entertain and move audiences.
