My name is Coach Beasley from Los Angeles, CA and I am so fired up about my 2nd season since being hired to start the Lady Bruins Soccer program in March of 2011.
In our 1st season in the fall of 2011 rather than playing a club schedule we played in our league which is the NJCAA Division 1 conference. We were an all freshman team and I am so proud of the ladies for taking on that challenge. For those pioneers the win was in the experience and I would not trade anything for the growth that they achieved in courage and player development to go to the next level in their soccer careers.
As of December 1, 2011 we have signed some new great talent academically and athletically. It is an exciting time for Lady Bruins Soccer. Relationships are being built with four year soccer programs. They want seasoned players on and off the field that can step in to fill roles when their seniors graduate. They understand that the game is the biggest teacher.
My program at KCC is about player development technically and tactically. This program is also about life development and skills off the field. My goal for you is that you will graduate being a well rounded student athlete.
RECRUITING
Our door is always open for impact players that want to start, compete and grow on and off the field as KCC is in the nation's top 10% academically. We want you to be a successful student athlete. To help our students attain their academic goals free tutoring is offered on campus.
Call me in the athletic office or via my cell to set up an on campus visit with you and your parents. We will talk more about your future goals as a student athlete at KCC. My contact info is listed below. I look forward to meeting you.
Best Regards, and GO BRUINS!
