The CCMCA was originally established by Leila Hospital in 1987 as part of Kellogg Foundation Grant to improve medical services in the county. Since that time, it has expanded and has members and representation from both county hospitals with emergency rooms as well as every pre-hospital emergency agency responsible for patient care. The CCMCA is housed at Kellogg Community College’s 450 North Ave, Battle Creek Campus. It’s offices can be found in room 206 of the Lane-Thomas Building.
