This 8-week class will introduce you to the basics of ASL, emergency sign language, and the world of Deaf Culture. ASL for Kids
Learn a new language! This fun and educational class is designed for children of all abilities to learn the basics of American Sign Language (ASL). ASL is growing in popularity across the country, with as many as 500,000 people that now use the language. We’ll cover basic signs and sayings as well as deaf culture in this 4-week exposure. This beginning class is perfect for siblings or friends of a deaf child, or any child wanting to expand their horizons and learn a new language. NOTE: Your fee includes the textbook.
