Legal Terminology

This individualized instruction course introduces students to basic legal terminology. Students will be learning the meanings of over 1200 words and phrases. Paralegals, legal administrative assistants, court reporters, law students, and others in the legal field will become more comfortable with their work after taking this course. Students will be using a self-directed CD which accompanies the book to help reinforce the terminology learned. [0-32-32] Lab Fee

Prerequisites: ACCUPLACER reading score of 60, or a "C" in TSRE 55; and a Computer Literacy Assessment score of 71, or a "C" in OIT 099
