Tuition and fee payments can be made in cash (if paying in person) at Battle Creek, by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, NOVUS, American Express, with a financial aid award, or authorized third party billing. Arrangements for payment must be made at the time of registration. To qualify for any form of payment plan agreement, the student must (1) be enrolled with three credit hours or more, (2) have paid in full all prior outstanding balances, and (3) have an acceptable credit status with the Customer Service Center (no prior non-sufficient funds checks, drops for non-payment, or late payment history on previous tuition agreements).

Late or delinquent payments may result in an administrative withdrawal from classes.
