Your Universal Login and Password will be used to access all of your electronic accounts that you may have at Kellogg Community College. Electronic accounts affected by the new Login and Password are: Web Portal, KRIS, E-mail, CADD, Graphics and future accounts.

Read the following before you change your password

STEP 1	To Modify your Password:  Go to the Web Portal
STEP 2	Login screen: Type in your KCC Username and Password, and press Login.
	Username: Your username is your 7-digit KCC student ID preceded by a lower case letter k (example k0001234).
	Password: Your default Password is your 6-digit date of birth (example: March 07, 1983 would be 030783). You MUST change the default password (your date of birth) or your account will be locked!
STEP 3	Change Password Screen:
	Old Password: Type your default Password. Your default password is your 6-digit date of birth (example: March 07, 1983 would be 030783). New Password: Enter your new password using a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 alpha/numeric characters. You must also use a minimum of one number. Example:      Old Password: 030783      New Password: 22fido      Retype New Password: 22fido Click on the submit button to complete this screen.
STEP 4	Create a Password Hint: Enter a hint to help you remember your new password.
STEP 5	Answer Challenge Questions:  Click on the Answer Challenge Questions link in the box to the left. You must answer the two questions provided by KCC, and then provide two questions and answers of your own. NOTE: If you do not complete this step, you will not be able to reset your password in the future should you forget it.
