Kellogg Community College uses Omnilert to distribute weather, security and other alerts by text message and email in the event of campus closures. Click here to sign up for alerts through Omnilert.
Campus Closures
When inclement weather is likely, forecasts and conditions are closely monitored. College operations will continue as long as local conditions are favorable. The KCC President will decide if weather conditions necessitate a change in College activities and whether facilities will temporarily close. For more information, read our Inclement Weather Guidelines.
In the event that classes are delayed or canceled altogether, KCC will notify all the major local news providers, including television stations like WMMT Newschannel 3 and WOOD TV8. KCC will also post an alert on the KCC homepage at kellogg.edu, along with our Facebook page and our Twitter feed.
