This is the Work Order and Solutions System used for technology issues and requests, employee move/add/changes, data requests, and KCC web site change requests. It also provides a Solutions database to research common issues and resolutions. To log in to the system, please click below based on your current location:

  • Click above if you are on campus using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
  • Click above if you are at a location outside of Kellogg Community College.
  • Use ‘kellogg\kID’ as the username, and your Universal Password as the password.

warningIf you are unable to login to the Work Order System, please click Work Order issues tab above, using as much detail as possible.

Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, if you are in a room, let us know which one. Also please include a way to contact you, if you are not in your office please send us a cell# this way if we have questions we will be able to contact you directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Submitting a Work Order with Attachments

Browse to your file and select it.

Sending attachments with the work order can be very beneficial for the Department that is assisting with the work order.

At the bottom of the New Work Order, click on the Browse… button and locate the file you wish to upload. Select the file and click the Open button. When you are finished with the New Work Order select the Submit button located at the bottom of the page.

If the Work Order has already been submitted and you need to add an attachment. Login to the Work Order system, locate the Work Order, click on Add Attachment a window will open allowing you to Browse to your file and add to the existing Work Order.

You can search by pressing and holding the Windows button on the keyboard (bottom left) and press the “S” key, type Snipping Tool

    • Free-form Snip. Draw any shape around an object with your finger, mouse, or tablet pen.

    • Rectangular Snip. Drag the cursor around an object to form a rectangle.

    • Window Snip. Choose a window—like a browser window or a dialog box.

  • Full-screen Snip. Capture the entire screen.

After you open the Snipping Tool, press Ctrl+PrtScn or “New” from the Snipping Tool

Tap or click the arrow next to the New button, choose the kind of snip you want, and then pick the area of the screen that you want to capture.

Save the Image – Clicking on the Disk icon, this will save to the default location of “This PC > Pictures” or you may choose “File > Save As” and select a different location.

View Attachments

If a Work Order was closed and it stated that there was attachments in the email you received.

  • Login to the Work Order system click on the My Work Orders link towards the top left of the screen.
  • You have an option of searching open, closed or all Work Orders.
  • Using the Work Order number open it by clicking on the blue ID link.
  • At the bottom of the page you will see all the attachments for the work order.

Move-Add-Change Forms

MAC forms are used for any changes that need to be made by the I.S. Department for the employee. These include work station location, long distance code, colleague access, email, etc. Please click on the link to login to the MAC form

Position Information – Department, Position and Employee Group are required fields.
