KCC’s Database Administrator program is designed for individuals looking to pursue a career as an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) who performs such tasks as:

Our program offers a KCC DBA Certificate, as well as classes to prepare you to take the certification exams from Oracle to receive your Oracle DBA Certification. Qualifications:
Since this is a vigorous and accelerated program and the curriculum is fast-paced to simulate the pace of the industry, it is recommended that you:
- Have at least two years of IT experience or at least two hours of Access database, three hours of programming design, and three hours of a programming language
- Have a high aptitude for working with computers and software
- Be as comfortable with a DOS prompt as with a mouse or Windows
- Be highly disciplined, task-oriented, and able to maintain a tight schedule
