Blackboard Training
Faculty training is required before initial use of Blackboard for either online or as a supplement to face-to-face courses so that all faculty will be familiar with Blackboard features. The Learning Technologies group offer support, including training workshops, to encourage faculty to take advantage of this online learning enviornment.
Training is also available for faculty who already use Blackboard to learn more about Blackboard features. Please register for a Blackboard Training course from the I.S. Training site or contact Learning Technologies at learntec@kellogg.edu.

Blackboard Training Materials Repository: There is a course in Blackboard that has been created as a repository for
training materials for the Blackboard Learn. It includes links to the
screencasts above as well as access to Blackboard Quick Tutorials and an online
manual. If you wish to be placed into this course, email learntec@kellogg.edu and request to be
enrolled in: "Blackboard Version 9 Transition -
01 - 09SU (Bb9T-01-09SU)". As new materials are
developed they will be linked from this Blackboard course. Note: this
course is a training repository and does not qualify as a replacement for the
required Blackboard course for those new to Blackboard.
Online Training and Live Training Sessions: Please register for a Blackboard Training course from the I.S. Training site or contact Learning Technologies at learntec@kellogg.edu.
Blackboard questions can be directed to the I.S. Help Desk (helpdesk@kellogg.edu)
or Learning Technologies (learntec@kellogg.edu).
Blackboard Practice
Faculty can request a Blackboard course on the new "Test" server so that they can see the changes in Blackboard themselves and practice/test out feature changes. Blackboard courses are requested by filling out an online form to request a Blackboard course.
