New shell location: Tools button
Method to copy:
Step 1 - Turn Edit Mode On in each course
Step 2 - In the old course, go to Control Panel and select Packages and Utilities
Step 3 - Click Course Copy
Step 4 - In the Select Copy Type area, select Copy Course Materials into an Existing Course from the drop-down menu.
Step 5- To select the course you wish to copy to, click the Browse button next to the Destination Course ID field.
Step 6- A list of all courses you are instructing that are located on that server will appear. Select the course where you want the materials to be copied.
Step 7 - Click next to the Blogs entry in the list titled Select Course Materials. (If it does not appear in the list, it did not exist in the old course and you must create a new Blog in the shell-instructions are available from the I.S. Dept.)
Step 8 - Click Submit.
Step 9 - You will see a notice telling you that the copy is in process. Allow a few moments for the copy process to become complete.
Step 10 - Check the new shell course to verify the copy succeeded.
