Help Desk Mission Statetment

The Information Services Help Desk will provide to the end user (faculty, staff, and students) the services and assistance needed for network, hardware and software problems.  Our objective will be to offer technical support both online and in person, to successfully deliver these services in a timely and professional manner.  Our approach will be proactive and we will strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
