Components of a Blackboard Course

The Home Page button located on the Course Menu is the new default start page for new courses and can be changed by the instructor. The Home Page displays a dashboard with several course modules; My Announcements, My Calendar, My Tasks, To Do, What's New, Alerts and Needs Attention.

The Home Page screen appears below. It displays, by default, seven different course modules.
