Do I have a mailbox size limit?
Yes, employees are limited to 100 MB of space. The Mailbox Size area indicates used space in megabytes and percentages. So 100 MB is 100%. The screen belows shows the mailbox size at 4% or 4 MB.
After clicking the Mailbox Size a" Mailbox Storage Size Information" dailog box pops up. Here you can organize your mailbox.
The screen below is an example of one additional e-mail with an attachment. Notice the difference between the two. This is due to the size of the attachment. To keep your mailbox size down, save the attachments to another location; e.g. flash drive, floppy disk, or some other location on your computer.
It is important to keep you mailbox cleaned out so you don't run out of space.
