Can I rename a folder once it is already named? 

This depends on what GroupWise access you're using. If you're using GroupWise WebAccess then NO you can not rename a folder. If you want to rename a folder you need to do it using GroupWise Client.

Why does my e-mail time out? 

This depends on what GroupWise access you're using. If you're using GroupWise WebAccess then your e-mail will time out as a security measure due to inactivity. When this occurs it is easy to log back in. It will take you right back to where you were, prior to timing out. However GroupWise Client access does not time out.
