Why does my e-mail time out?
Your e-mail will time out as a security measure due to inactivity. When this occurs it is easy to log back in. It will take you right back to where you were, prior to timing out.

After clicking 'Click Here To Start Over' it will bring up the Web Portal Login screen. Here you will log back in using your username and password. After clicking Login it will take you back to your e-mail right where you left off.

You might also see the Novell WebAccess login screen. Again you will log back in using your username and password. After clicking OK it will take you back to your e-mail right where you left off.
