Do I have a mailbox size limit?
Yes, employees are limited to 100 MB of space. The Mailbox Used area indicates your used space in megabytes and percentages. So 100 MB will be 100%.
The screen below is an example of one additional e-mail with an attachment. Notice the difference between the two. This is due to the size of the attachment. To keep your mailbox size down, save the attachments to another location; e.g. flash drive, floppy disk, or some other location on your computer.
It is important to keep you mailbox cleaned out so you don't run out of space.
