Why does my e-mail time out?
Your e-mail will time out as a security measure due to inactivity. When this occurs it is easy to log back in. It will take you right back to where you were, prior to timing out.
After clicking Log in it will bring up the Connect to Netmail screen. Here you will log back in using your username and password.
After clicking OK it will take you back to your e-mail right where you left off.
