Have you forgotten your Universal Password?
Open your internet browser and go to the KCC home page. Click on the KCC Web Portal link located at the bottom left of the page.
After clicking on the web portal icon, this portal login screen pops up.
When you click on Portal Help, you will notice several questions under the heading of "Help Information".
After clicking this question it will bring you to a Password Management screen.
After clicking "Search" it will take you to a Password Management screen to answer your hint questions. IMPORTANT - If you never set up your hint questions, you will not be able to complete this process. To setup you "hint questions" click here.
