How to print PowerPoint slides
~Office 2007~
Step 1- From PowerPoint 2007, click the 'Microsoft Office' button and then click 'Print'. This will open the 'Print' dialog box.
Step 2 - Once the 'Print' dialog box is open, click the down arrow and select handouts.
Step 3 - Change the 'Color' to either 'Grayscale' or 'Pure Black and White'.
Step 4 - Change the 'Slides' per page to 3, 4, 6, or 9. If you choose 3 slides per page, this option will give you lines for notes.
Step 5 - Click 'OK' to print the PowerPoint slides.
