MAC Wireless Leopard 10.5.5 Configuration

Step 1 - Open Safari (usually from the Doc), and go to Safari > Preferences.
Step 2 - Click on Advanced and then Change Settings (next to Proxies).
Step 3 - In the Proxies tab, choose 'Manually' in the Configure Proxies drop-down box. Check 'FTP Proxy' box and enter '172.16.1.3 in the 'FTP Proxy Server' box. The enter '8080' in the next box.
Step 4 - Check 'Web Proxy (HTTP)' box and enter '172.16.1.3' in the 'Web Proxy (HTTP)' box. Then enter '8080' in the next box.
Step 5 - Check 'Secure Web Proxy (HTTP)' box and enter '172.16.1.3' in the 'Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS)' box. Then enter '8080' in the next box.
Step 6 - Check 'Automatic Proxy Configuration' box and enter the following address in the URL box 'http://pac.kellogg.edu/proxy.pac' and click OK. This configuration only works at Kellogg Community College sites. Remember to either set up a separate profile or reset your settings when off campus.
Step 7 - Click the '802.1X' tab. Click the arrow in front of the 'Login Window Profiles' then highlight 'Airport". In the 'Authentication' box make sure 'TTLS' and 'PEAP' are checked and 'EAP-FAST' is unchecked.
Step 8 - Next highlight 'TTLS' and click the 'Configure' button.
Step 9 - Make sure the 'TTLS Inner Authentication' is set on 'MSCHAPv2'. Click OK twice to close the 'TTLS' and '802.1X' windows.
