Snow Leopard 10.6.1 Configuration
~ KCC Students ~

Step 1 - Open Safari (usually from the Doc), and go to Safari > Preferences.

Step 2 - Click on Advanced and then Change Settings (next to Proxies).

Step 3 - In the Proxies tab, under Select a protocol to configure: check the box 'Automatic Proxy Configuration'. Under 'Proxy Configuration File' in the URL: box type http://pac.kellogg.edu/proxy.pac

Step 4 - In the Proxies tab, under Select a protocol to configure: check the box 'Web Proxy (HTTP)' and enter 172.19.1.1 in the 'Web Proxy Server' box. Then enter 8080 in the next box.

Step 5 - In the Proxies tab, under Select a protocol to configure: check the 'Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS) box and enter 172.19.1.1 in the 'Secure Web Proxy Server' box. Then enter 8080 in the next box.

Step 6 - Click on the '802.1X tab. Click the + (plus) sign and 'Add User Profile'.

Step 7 - When you add 'User Profile' the box will be highlighted 'untitled'. Type WPA: KCC as shown below'. In the 'Wireless Network' box, click the drop down arrow and add 'KCC'. In the 'Authentication' box make sure 'TTLS', 'PEAP' and 'EAP-FAST' are checked then click 'OK'.

Step 8 - Click the 'Airport' tab and click the 'plus' sign to add a network.

Step 9 - Click 'Show Networks' button.
