MAC Wireless Tiger 10.4 Configuration
Step 1 - Open Safari (usually from the Doc), and go to Safari > Preferences.

Step 2 - Click on Advanced and then Change Settings (next to Proxies).

Step 3 - Choose 'Airport' in the Show drop-down box. Choose 'Using a PAC file' in the Configure Proxies drop-down box.

Step 4 - Enter in the path to the proxy.pac (http://pac.kellogg.edu/proxy.pac). Click 'Apply Now'.

Step 5 - Click the Airport icon on top of the menu bar and click 'KCC'. This represents the SSID that the access point is broadcasting.

Step 6 - Note that newer Macs can also detect the KCC-A SSID that is being broadcast on the 802.11 A channel. If the user selects the KCC-A, the configuration is the same. Not all wireless cards can see the A channel!
