Wireless Network Configuration
~ Vista (Classic)~
Step 8 - Configure the EAP Properties as follows -
Step 9 - After clicking the Configure button, be sure to uncheck the 'Automatically use my Windows login name and password' box, then click 'OK' three times to close the KCC Wireless Network property boxes.
Step 10 - Choose "Connect to...
Step 11 - Select the 'KCC' network and click 'Connect'.
Step 12 - Windows Vista will prompt for additional log on information, at which point 'Enter/select additional log on information'.
Step 13 - Enter your kID and Universal Password and then click 'OK' (leave Logon domain blank).
Step 14 - After authenticating to the wireless network, you should observe this window, letting you know that you are successfully connected to the KCC network, click 'Close'.
Step 15 - After clicking 'Close' you may have a couple of other open windows. Close any open window before opening the browser.
Step 16 - After authenticating successfully to the wireless network, you may observe this page when attempting to browse with IE 7. You must click ‘Continue to this website’ in order to proceed.
Step 17 - After clicking ‘Continue to this website (not recommended)’ Novell BorderManager Login screen will pop up. To access the internet you will log in to the wireless network with your “k”id (or “m”id) and Universal Password, the same one you use for the Kellogg or Miller college portals and click 'Login'.
