Wireless Network Configuration
~ Windows XP ~

Step 1 - To install the wireless client, you must first obtain the proper KCC wireless CD. Insert the CD, and an auto run screen should appear. If it does not, double-click My Computer and then double-click on the CD-Rom drive.

Step 2 - Click 'Full Install', when it is complete, click 'Exit' and restart the computer.

Step 3 - After rebooting, you will notice a new icon in the notification tray. A Username/Password request will pop up. After clicking into this balloon, a Credentials box will pop up.

Step 4 - In order to log in, you must use a valid 'k' ID or 'm' ID (i.e. k0001234) and Universal Password. This is the same password that you use to access the Kellogg or Miller College portals. After entering your information, click 'OK'.

Step 5 - After authenticating successfully to the wireless network, you may observe the wireless icon which shows that you are connected to the wireless access point. The wireless client icon is a different color now that you're connected.

Step 6 - After opening the web browser (Internet Explorer) you should see this page. You must click 'Continue to this website' in order to proceed.

Step 7 - After clicking 'Continue to the website (not recommended)' Novell BorderManager Login screen will pop up. To access the internet you must log into the wireless network with your 'k' ID (or 'm' ID) and Universal Password, the same one you use to log into the Kellogg or Miller College portals.
