New Fall 2009 - Blackboard upgraded to Blackboard Learn Version 9
What you need to knowSummer 2009: the Blackboard Servers (live: http://bb.kellogg.edu and test: http://bbtest1.kellogg.edu) was upgraded to Blackboard Learn, version 9.
Substantial changes have been made in the appearance of Blackboard. The login page has changed and there are changes in how you access the tools and features of your courses. Changes mostly affect the design and user interface of the course, with the function of most tools remaining nearly identical to those in previous versions of Blackboard. New blogging and journaling features are included in Blackboard Learn. Fortunately, the Grade Center has not changed significantly. Because of the changes in the location of many Bb features, however, it is important that you take advantage of Blackboard training opportunities to make the easiest transition to Bb9.
