Outlook Web App Signature

Creating a signature using Outlook Web App is just as easy as creating a signature using Outlook desktop client. Follow the steps below to create your signature.

Step 1

After logging into the Web Portal click the KCC Outlook Email link located on the main window.

Click on your email

Step 2

Locate the Options button at the top right of screen, then select See All Options.

Step 3

On the left side of screen locate and select Settings, this will open an new page on the right that will give some different options and by default the Mail icon will be highlighted.

Step 4

Things that should be placed in the E-mail Signature, your name, department / title, company name, mailing address, phone number, website, and email.

Step 5

Be sure to Save, it is located at the bottom right of the screen.
