Upload a single file

This could be a Word document, spreadsheet or anything in digital format. Multiple files may be zipped and then submitted. After students upload their files, the teacher will be able to open the submission and use the Moodle interface to assign a grade and offer comments as feedback.

Instructor Option to allow a student to submit a file as many times as they like up until the deadline. Only the latest file is retained, and this is the one the lecturer marks.

On course main page, click on the Assignment that is due, this will also show the instructions for the assignment.

Following the instructions for the assignment and completing it, click on "Upload a file" to submit your assignment.

Click on "Choose a file..." this will bring up a new window called the file picker.

From the File picker click on "Upload a file" looking to the right hand side of the window then click on "Browse..." this will open another window to that will allow you to browse your computer.

Step 5

Depending on where the file is stored on the computer, there is options on the left window pane, to change the location from documents to downloads or a flash drive. When the file is found click on it to select it, and then click on "Open".

Click on "Upload this file" and then click on "Save Changes"
