Debt Free Living! MONY C10B-35, MONY C10B-36
MONY C10B-37, MONY C10B-38
Yes, you can get completely out of debt including your credit cards, loans and mortgage and we’re here to show you how! Whether you make $12,000 or $120,000, have good credit or no credit, investing in your debt is the way to survive in today’s economy. This workshop is not just for people who are having problems with their debt; often those who benefit most are the people who can make their minimum payments but realize they don’t want to do that forever. If you apply the debt free living plan to your finances the average family can pay off all their consumer debt in 1-3 years and their mortgage in an additional 3-4 years. Imagine owning your home and not owing anyone else within just 7 years! In this workshop you’ll learn a powerful, proven linear math/variable path method that can help you be debt free much faster than you ever thought you could. We’ll even make sure you can handle emergencies or other unexpected situations that may arise. Please bring a list of your current debts and monthly payments along with a pencil and calculator. Your financial information is for your use only and will not be shared in class. There will be an optional textbook available for purchase from the instructor for $41 (cash and checks only).

Estate Planning & Trusts: What You Need to Know MONY C12E-35
MONY C12E-36
Most people don't like to think about dying, but it is something that everyone has to face. What will happen to the money you worked hard to save? Who will get your house? Although not a pleasant subject, these are things that should be decided now. Most people put off planning their estate, but putting off these decisions can cost your heirs considerable money and anguish. In order to ensure that your wishes about who should get what are heeded and that costs and inconveniences of probate and estate taxes are avoided after your death, it is critical to do estate planning now. This workshop will help you understand the types of estate planning moves that are most likely to be helpful for many people. Proper estate planning takes a relatively short time, but will give you and your heirs tremendous peace of mind. With estate planning, you can make sure your medical and business decisions can be made by someone you trust if incapacity strikes—without court interference and with as little disruption as possible to your loved ones. Join us to learn the most important aspects of this often daunting topic.
