This is the web site for the Physical
Therapist Assistant Program at Kellogg
Community College in Battle Creek,
Michigan. Our program opened in 1971
with the first graduating class entering
the clinical community in 1973.
We are very proud of
the fact that we were one of the first
programs in the country at the time and
the first in Michigan. Each
year we welcome students from around the
state and consistently from other areas
of the country to take part in our
two-year (five semester) program that
culminates in an Associate of Applied
Science degree.
We are accredited by
the Commission on Accreditation for
Physical Therapy Education. Information
on our acceptance and graduation rates
and on pass rates of program graduates
on licensing examinations is posted on
the web site for the American Physical
Therapy Association at
www.apta.org.
