Student Leadership Institute (SLI) functions under the philosophy that all students possess leadership potential and that leadership can be enhanced when given the opportunity to develop. SLI focuses on providing those critical components in order to develop and enhance leadership talent within KCC students. Leadership opportunities are offered through a variety of means such as workshops, speakers, service learning, and conferences.
