Tests for missed exams may be taken at the Testing and Assessment Center, subject to your instructor's make-up test policy. All make-up testing is arranged between the student and the instructor. Instructors are required to provide the Testing Center with their requirements for testing, i.e., time limit, materials allowed, deadline for completion of test, etc. The Testing Center staff follows only those instructions left by the instructor. Proper photo identification is required. The Testing Center acts only as the proctor for the exam and has no control over the availability of your test. Your instructor will grade your test. You may phone the Testing Center to verify that we have your test, if your instructor told you that it would be placed here.

Instructors wishing to use the Testing Center should obtain a Work Order from the Testing Center, or department secretary. Tests may also be faxed to the Testing Center at 269-965-2207.
