Why is a photo ID required for testing?
- Since most students are not known personally to our staff members, we need to verify your identity.
- We want to ensure the instructors that the proper student took the test.
- All national testing programs require photo identification.
How late can I come to take a test?
- Allow at least one hour before our closing time.
- If the test is untimed, you are responsible for allowing yourself proper time to complete the test.
I missed a test in class. How will I know if my test is there?
- If your instructor told you that you could make up a test at the Testing Center, you may want to check with us by telephone to verify that the test is here.
- If the test is not brought here personally by your instructor, it may be delayed in the mail.
How will I know the results of my test?
- Placement test results are received after each testing session.
- Telecourse and make-up tests are mailed to or picked up by your instructor.
- Telecourse results will be received in the mail.
- Make-up test results are usually given back to you in class.
- Most national test programs mail your results.
