This course provides a solid foundation in fitness and wellness concepts that will enable the learner to make healthy behavioral changes and lifestyle choices. Key topics include nutrition; diet and weight control; stress management; and exercise prescription to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-respiratory fitness.
