Office 365 Outlook Image Sync your email to a mobile device – By setting up your KCC email on your mobile device you are stating that you understand this technology exists and that the information on your phone could be lost if you or the KCC I.S. Department were to initiate a remote device wipe. If you do not want the KCC I.S. Department to have this ability, do not set up your device to sync with your KCC email account.

Have a technology emergency?

After-hours Emergencies: The Help Desk is only able to offer after-hours support for emergencies, such as campus network outages and assisting with technology issues that prevent a class from running. Employees may submit a ‘Priority 1’ work order  and someone will contact you shortly if it is an emergency.

After-hours non-emergencies can be reported 24 hours a day seven days a week via our voice mail or email services. Simply leave the message with the spelling of your name, your KCC ID number, and a return phone number and we will get back to you in the order the messages are receive. Fill out the contact form.
