Forwarding your email automatically to another email address can be useful when you are going away on vacation or using a different email address.

Step 1: Options
Once inside your email, click on Settings (gear icon) at the top right of your screen, then select Options.
Step 2: Organize Email
From the Options column, select organize email and click on the down arrow next to the Plus icon. Select Create a new rule for arriving messages.
Step 3: New Inbox Rule
- Name: Give your Rule a name (i.e. Forward).
- When the message arrives, you will want to select Apply to all messages.
- Select Redirect the messages to.
Step 4: New Email Address
Once you have selected the ‘Redirect message to,’ it will open a new window asking what email you wish to forward the emails to. Enter the email address you wish to send your KCC email to.
Step 5: More Options
Click on the More Options link.
Step 6: Delete Message
Using the drop down menu, hover over the Move, Copy or Delete option and select Delete the Message. Finally, click on the Save button.
Step 7: Warning
A warning message will pop up asking you to confirm that the rule will apply to all future messages.
You have now created your rule to forward your KCC email to another email provider.
Option to Cancel / Delete Rule
If you would like to cancel or delete the rule, go back to where you created the rule.
- Check the box next to the rule name that you wish to delete.
- Click on the Delete button (trash can).
- Confirm that you wish to delete the rule.
