KRIS-Kellogg Registration Information System
The Kellogg Registration Information System (KRIS) provides a gateway to the resources you need anytime and anywhere from the web. This student information resource offers students the ability and convenience to register for courses, verify financial aid awards, check account balance, view and print their class schedule, add/drop dates, and much more….
Search for Sections
Search for your next course, click here to login to the KRIS system. There are two required areas of the form to be filled out. One the semester, at the top of the screen and one other area which could be a start date, subject, days of the week, location, type, instructor, type, or hybrid.

Registration
Registration is available online via the Bruin Portal, or in person at the Battle Creek campus, Grahl Center (Coldwater), Fehsenfeld Center (Hastings), Eastern Academic Center (Albion), or at the RMTC (Battle Creek). Program Code
If you have an active and valid program code and wish to change it, you may do so here!
Be advised that specified program codes are ineligible to change using this format as they may remove your financial aid. If you receive a message indicating that you may not change this program code, contact the Registrar’s Office 269-965-5522

View all your Final Grades by checking your course history, click here to login to the Bruin Portal and go directly to your course history. Be sure to select Undergraduate for the Transcript type, this is also serves as an unofficial transcript.

eChecks
This is not FACTS or Payroll Direct Deposit. This system (e-Checks) will allow Kellogg Community College to remit refunds or reimbursements to you electronically instead of receiving a paper check. Entering valid bank information on this site will enable you to receive an electronic refund of any over-payments on your account. This information is not shared in any way with KCC’s current FACTS payment plan as offered through Nelnet or with Human Resources for payroll.
All payment advice’s will be sent electronically to your KCC email account on the date the transaction is processed. No Paper advises will be mailed.
YOU are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered. Invalid bank information could result in a delay to your refund and/or a paper check being mailed according to KCC’s established policies.
