Designed to help students clarify, plan, and track their course of study in order to progress more confidently to a degree or certificate.
Search for Classes
- From the menu bar, click on Search for Classes, then select a subject.
- Select a course, click on View Available Sections. This will show the seats, times, locations and instructors. When you are ready, click Add Section to Schedule.
- Verify information and then Close or Add Sections to Schedule.
- Go to Plan & Schedule to Register for the course. Click Register Now and agree to the Financial Statement.

Students will be able to build course schedules and see important registration information in real time, including required program prerequisites, course completions, progress toward degrees, which courses are currently available, seats available and more. |

Plan & Schedule
- Schedule – View your classes in a weekly calendar. View your registered courses and what courses you still need to register for.
- Timeline – View your past courses and grades.
- Advising – Contact the Advising department with an email. This will open the computer’s default email client. You may contact them at [email protected] or (269)965-4124.
- Register Now – Once your classes are on your plan, you may register for them from here. Please remember to sign up for a payment plan within 24 hours, otherwise your classes will be dropped and your seat will not be saved.

Drop / Withdraw
Select a course from the Plan & Schedule, click on the Drop / Withdraw button. A pop-up window will open, select the course(s) that you wish to drop from finally click Update.
Test Summary
View your Placement Tests – Tests, date taken, score and status.
Set up a Payment Plan
All students must sign up for a Payment Plan or pay in full.
If you have any pending Financial Aid, your account may show as $0.00. You will still need to sign up for a payment plan after registering for classes every semester, even if you have Financial Aid.

How to set up a Payment Plan
After you have registered for your courses, you will need to set up payment arrangement. Option 1 Pay in full, using a bank account or credit card. Option 2 Set up a Payment Plan using either bank account, credit card or Financial Aid. |

Create your Nelnet Account: Contact information Verify your Name is correct. Options available to add a Prefix and Middle Name. Verify your Address. This will need to be set to the billing address on the Credit Card or the address your bank has for you. |

Set up 2 Security Questions These questions will verify your identity in the event you need to contact Nelnet. | |
Select Set up a Payment plan The Current Balance is shown without any pending aid. If you are receiving any Financial Aid or grants, this balance will not reflect those pending credits. |

Click on Begin after reading the page. Pending Aid payment plans will have a nonrefundable enrollment due with the first monthly payment.
You may set up an Authorized Payer at the top right of the screen. Once your required information has been completed, you will send the Authorized payer an email with a link to login and finish the payment plan. |

Verify your Contact Information, you have the option to edit your address. Send email alerts/reminders through your email. Use the email for any correspondence from Nelnet. | |
View the Details of the Amount Due. Detail in to see all the charges for the courses. Some will have lab fees, technology fees, and student service fees.

Choose your Payment Options. This will all a could different options. Please choose the one that best fits your needs.
Verify the Payment Details, click on Next, then agree to the non-refundable Enrollment fees. |

Financial Aid student (payment options) will see a $0 down payment today.
Verify the Payment Details, click on Next, Financial Aid student will not pay the $30.00 enrollment fee if their Financial Aid covers their entire balance. |

Verify your Payment Details; choose either Credit Card or Bank account.
Click on Next when finished. |

Manage your Financial Aid package from one location. With the new Financial Aid Self-Service System you are able to track your progress from start to finish. Do you need to fill out your FAFSA? Do you have any required documents that need to be submitted? Would you like to view your Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Correspondence OptionThis option will allow you to receive your Financial Aid Correspondence through the mail. This can take 2-3 business days depending on your mailing address. Currently you are receiving the paperless format which is immediate access. |
