Need a brief check in on your stress levels? Keep your eyes peeled around campus for postings that will instruct you in 2-minute or less exercises to help you re-set, re-focus, and relax!

Find coloring posters about in student lounge areas and add some color! Posters will be reassembled on Friday to create a giant picture created by us all!

Providing programs rooted in diversity, education, leadership, service, and social interaction, Student Life promotes a positive outside-the-classroom experience through campus partnerships and cooperative planning.

The Student Life office coordinates a wide range of opportunities for students to gain valuable experience and leadership skills, including campus activities, student organizations, the honor society, The Bruin News, and the Student Leadership Institute. The Student Life office also maintains campus postings and handles visitor requests on campus.
