Bruin News History

KCC’s first student newspaper was published as The Triad beginning in 1956, the year the college was founded as Battle Creek Community College. The newspaper continued in print under a handful of names and through various publication schedules until the summer semester of 2018, when The Bruin, as it was then known, ceased print and became the online-only The Bruin News.
